Christmas is coming and it is one of the busiest times for our emergency services including the NHS, Police, Fire Brigade, Coastguard, RNLI, Air Ambulance and also for our military personnel. These vital services often don’t get the chance to share Christmas with their families as they are working during the festive period and one concert promoter wants to help them celebrate early at a festive spectacular featuring the world famous Band of her Majesty’s Royal Marines.

Producer Norman Rogerson from Maestro Music International, who is hosting a special Christmas Spectacular at the Plymouth Pavilions, wants to recognize the critical work of our emergency services and give them a chance to celebrate Christmas early with their families before the busiest period of the year.

In association with the Plymouth Pavilions he is offering any serving member of the emergency or military services £5 off every ticket for the special Christmas concert featuring The Band of Her Majesty’s Royal Marines which returns to Plymouth on Saturday 7th December at 7.30pm.

During this special festive event, the band will perform Christmas music, military marches, big band hits and popular showstoppers – to name but a few. In addition, their Corps of Drums will demonstrate the precision, accuracy and musical skills for which they are well respected across the globe. Also expect some special seasonal surprises as this popular event comes to town.

According to the Concert Producer, Norman Rogerson MBE: “In this special year we are marking the 75th anniversary of D-Day where thousands of heroes liberated Europe but we sometimes forget that every day thousands of local heroes play their own part in their own communities serving in the emergency services or in the military. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them and also give them the chance to join us with their families for our Royal Marines Christmas Spectacular at the Pavilions on 7th December at 7.30pm.”
